The Ministry of Home Affairs has authorized the deputation of Sujit Kumar, IPS (AGMUT: 2007), to the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) as Deputy Inspector General (DIG). This appointment, filling an existing vacancy, is for a period of five years from the date he assumes charge, or until further orders.
