On Wednesday night, a makeshift home collapsed in the Amri Bhak Warnow forest area of North Kashmir’s Kupwara district, killing a 60-year-old woman and an 8-year-old boy.
The victims were identified as Marif Noori, wife of Mohammad Yousuf Mir, and Aabid Hussain Mir, son of Mohammad Shafi Mir, both residents of Aafan Warnow Lolab.
Police officials have reportedly arrived at the scene to investigate the incident.
