In a recent meeting held at the Police Control Room in Kashmir, Inspector General of Police (IGP) V.K. Birdi led a comprehensive review of the security situation and the arrangements for the upcoming Independence Day celebrations. The meeting brought together a wide array of high-ranking officials from various police, paramilitary, and intelligence agencies, including representatives from IGP Security J&K, IGP Railways, IG BSF, IG CRPF, and several other senior officers from across the region.
