Speaking at the inauguration of an administrative building at the Central University of Kashmir, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha noted that several top-tier educational institutions have been established in Jammu and Kashmir over the past decade. He emphasized that the human capital developed at these universities will be vital for nation-building.
Sinha stated that under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, institutions like IIT, NIFT, Central Universities, and AIIMS have benefited Jammu and Kashmir. He added that ongoing syllabus reforms will be advantageous for both students and the country.
Expressing his optimism for the future of the Central University of Kashmir, Sinha shared his hope that the institution will be ranked among the top global universities by 2047. He urged the university’s committee members to work towards this goal.
He concluded by encouraging students to study beyond their curriculum, expressing confidence that the students of the university will focus on this and contribute to national development.
