In a decisive move against anti-national activities, the Jammu & Kashmir administration has terminated the services of four employees, including the president of the Doctors Association of Kashmir (DAK). The individuals, identified as a doctor, a police constable, a teacher, and a laboratory bearer in the higher education department, were dismissed under Article 311 (2) (c) of the Constitution of India, which empowers the administration to take such action without conducting a formal inquiry.
This action is part of the Union Territory administration’s ongoing campaign to dismantle the terrorist ecosystem and its supporters, who have been stealthily inducted into the government machinery by previous administrations. Over the past three years, the administration has invoked Article 311 (2) (c) to dismiss over 50 such employees for their involvement in anti-national and terror-related activities.
This latest move sends a strong message that the Jammu & Kashmir administration will not tolerate any form of anti-national activity or support for terrorism. The administration remains committed to maintaining peace and security in the region and ensuring the well-being of its citizens.
