In a tragic incident in Poonch district, Jammu and Kashmir, three soldiers were Martyred and three others critically injured on Thursday in an ambush by terrorists. The attack occurred when Army vehicles carrying personnel returning from a search operation were targeted near Dhatyar Morh.
Following intelligence about terrorist presence, a joint search operation had been launched in the area Wednesday night. Upon returning from the operation, the Army vehicles, a truck and a Gypsy, were fired upon by heavily armed terrorists, resulting in the casualties.
