The BJP has lost its moral ground to stand before the people of Kargil after the abrogation of Article 370 and bifurcation of Jammu and Kashmir in August 2019, National Conference Vice President Omar Abdullah said on Saturday. The NC and the Congress are fighting the LAHDC-Kargil election together. Abdullah also attacked the Ladakh administration for trying to stop NC candidates from using the plough, its poll symbol.
