A 30-year-old man from Harwan, Danish Ahmed, was killed and four others were injured in a head-on collision on Boulevard Road late Thursday night. The accident, which involved two vehicles (registration numbers JK01AQ-9509 and JK05K-4404), occurred near Nehru Park.
The injured, identified as Parvais Mir (Baramulla), Amir Wani (Bandipora), Yasir Ahmad Khan (Pattan), and Abid Hassan (Wahdatpora Budgam), are currently hospitalized and reported to be in stable condition.
Police have initiated an investigation into the incident, with further details expected.
