Following the deadly Pahalgam attack on Tuesday, which claimed the lives of at least 26 people, mostly tourists, authorities on Friday demolished the homes of two Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists in the Tral and Bijbhera areas of South Kashmir.
Source said that the residences belonging to Asif Sheikh in Tral, Pulwama district, and Adil Thoker in Bijbhera, Anantnag, were destroyed through controlled blasts. This action came after their alleged involvement in the Baisaran, Pahalgam incident came to light.
The terrorist attack in Baisaran, Pahalgam, resulted in the deaths of at least 26 individuals. 1 Among the deceased were a local resident of Pahalgam and 25 tourists, including one from Nepal and the remainder from various states across India.
