Police in Srinagar, Kashmir, have arrested two men for allegedly passing lewd comments on girls. The men, identified as Saif Ullah and Rakib Hafiz, were detained after several girls complained against them.
The incident took place on the Bemina-Batmaloo road, when the two men were traveling in a car. The girls reported that the men were making lewd comments and gestures at them.
