Dengue cases surge in Jammu region, with 115 new cases reported

Dengue cases in Jammu and Kashmir are on the rise, with 115 new cases reported on Tuesday. The total number of cases so far this year has reached 3709.

The highest number of cases have been reported from Jammu district, followed by Udhampur, Kathua, and Samba districts.

Over 1200 dengue patients have been admitted to hospitals so far, and 94 are still under treatment.

Health officials are urging citizens to take precautions to prevent the spread of dengue, such as ensuring that there is no stagnant water in and around their homes.
