J&K Has Witnessed Zero Civilian Casualties In Last 5 Years: DGP

The Director General of Police (DGP), Jammu and Kashmir, Dilbag Singh, presented the report card for the past five years on Saturday, stating that there have been no civilian deaths or collateral damage during this period, while the terrorism graph has also come down drastically.

In an address to the passing out parade of 307 officials at CTC Lethpora, Pampore in Pulwama district, the DGP said that the word “zero” has been most popular in J&K since the past five years.
