Pahalgam Terror Attack: Bodies Of Victims Brought To Srinagar

The remains of the 26 individuals tragically killed in Tuesday’s terror attack in Pahalgam, Kashmir, arrived in Srinagar on Wednesday morning. Officials stated that a wreath-laying ceremony is scheduled to take place at the police control room.

According to an official, “We received 26 bodies at Government Medical College (GMC) Srinagar in the early hours of Wednesday. These bodies will now be transferred to the police control room (PCR).”

Union Home Minister Amit Shah is anticipated to participate in the wreath-laying ceremony at the PCR later on Wednesday, following his arrival in Srinagar on Wednesday night.

This devastating attack in the Baisaran meadows of Pahalgam resulted in the deaths of at least 26 people, primarily tourists, marking it as one of the deadliest acts of terror against civilians in Kashmir in recent years.
