Low-intensity explosion during jungle warfare exercise in Rajouri

Joint security forces of Jammu and Kashmir police and Indian Army carried out a low-intensity controlled explosion in the dense forests of Manyal Gali and Dehra Ki Gali in Thanamandi sub-division of Rajouri district on Monday afternoon as part of a routine jungle warfare training exercise.

The explosion was carried out in a safe and controlled manner, and there were no injuries to any personnel. The exercise was aimed at testing the coordination and response of the security forces in a jungle warfare situation.

The jungle warfare training is an important part of the preparation of security forces for operations in the difficult terrain of Jammu and Kashmir. The training helps the forces to develop the skills and knowledge they need to operate effectively in the jungle, such as navigation, camouflage, and survival.

The joint training exercise is a reflection of the close coordination between the police and the army in Jammu and Kashmir. The two forces work together closely to maintain security in the region.
