Police are investigating a fatal accident that occurred in the Khawas Budhal area of Rajouri district. A 25-year-old woman, Lalita Devi, and her 2-year-old son, Krish, died after they were struck by a speeding Mahindra XUV-300.
The driver reportedly lost control of the vehicle, which has the registration number 24BH5324C, near the village of Lathi. Both mother and son, who were residents of Bhella, were killed instantly. Police have registered a case and are conducting an investigation into the incident.
