Jammu and Kashmir emerged into partial sunshine on Saturday. The Meteorological Department predicts dry conditions in J&K until March 26.
Fresh snowfall blanketed the ski resort of Gulmarg in the last 24 hours. Minimum temperatures today were 6.5°C in Srinagar, -2.5°C in Gulmarg, and -1.1°C in Pahalgam.
In the Ladakh region, Leh recorded a minimum temperature of 0.4°C, Kargil 6.2°C, and Drass -6.7°C. Jammu city along with Katra, Batote, Bhaderwah and Banihal had minimum temperatures of 14.4°C, 15.2°C, 9.1°C, 7.0°C and 7.6°C respectively.
