The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has appointed Baseer ul Haq Chaudhary, Mission Director of the National Health Mission J&K, as the Enquiry Officer to investigate the recent law and order incident that occurred on July 23 at Government Medical College (GMC) Srinagar.
