The Royal Challengers Bengaluru cruised to an 8-wicket victory against the Punjab Kings in Qualifier 1 in Mullanpur on Thursday to get to their fourth Indian Premier League final in search of their maiden title.
Phil Salt led the chase with 56 off 27, while others supported him to ensure there were no hiccups after the RCB bowlers bundled out the PBKS line-up for 101.
While RCB head to the final, PBKS will play in the Qualifier 2, where they will face the winner of the Eliminator between Gujarat Titans and Mumbai Indians.
RCB will face the winner of that match on June 3 in Ahmedabad in the final.
